 Cultural Happenings include Live Concerts and Theater Productions Take advantage of many community offerings, like programs and special events at the Whatcom Museum, Western Washington University Music and Theater productions. We actively support the Whatcom Symphony and we host A.L.L. Other Cultural Happenings Whatcom County Historical Society Longtime Whatcom County residents will be sharing stories, memories, and information with experts from the museum, in an effort to record history from their past and perspective. In addition information and history will be brought to life. WSU Exhibition Gardens Touring the gardens will be one of the highlights of The Willows spring program. The Discovery Gardens, a demonstration garden for the Washington State University Master Gardener Extentsion Program, is home to some beautifully landscaped spaces where you will find inspiration and tranquility. Willows Gallery Now Showing Artist Meredith Moench, our featured artist, will be conducting Part 2 of her watercolor class for residents. Stop by and view her show in The Willows Gallery. Summer Concerts in the Parks Spring and Summer bring music to our local parks; we’ll attend several outdoor concerts presented by many local artists including the Washington Army National Guard Army Band, Juba Marimba African Dance Band, the Gallus Brothers ragtime blues and more!
