Focus on Fitness

We’ll take advantage of the many parks and paths in our area as we head out for picnics and walks in Bellingham and beyond. We’ll also be featuring Wellness lectures on topics such as Herbal Remedies, Pain Management, and a slide presentation preview of the hikes and walks we’ll be taking this summer.

Join us on our spring and summer picnic schedule enjoying fresh air, hiking, and good food as we tour and explore local destinations from Cornwall Park to Deception Pass.

Stay in shape (or get in shape) with weekly water aerobics, Tai Chi classes, daily stretch and strength classes as well as classes that emphasize balance and low impact aerobics. Join regularly organized walks at local parks, tracks and malls.
