Dining Room Supervisor

As The Willow’s Dining Room Supervisor, you’ll lead a friendly, service-minded team and help make every meal feel special. You’ll set the tone for hospitality—greeting residents, mentoring new servers, and ensuring the dining room runs smoothly.
What to Expect
- 35-40 hours per week with full benefits
- Supervise and train a team of 15–17 servers
- Manage server schedules and oversee daily service
- Greet and seat residents and guests
- Weekend availability required (two consecutive days off weekly)
- Prior hospitality or leadership experience preferred
- Safe driving record required (occasional use of company vehicle)
